Resale Shop Volunteer Social Media Manager Details:
The Women’s Refuge Resale Shop is looking for a knowledgeable social media volunteer dedicated to building our online presence and engagement. Responsibilities include planning and implementing social media strategies in collaboration with our PR/Development office, creating engaging content, monitoring and responding to interactions, reviewing performance data, and staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Essential Skills:

• Collaborate with our PR/Development office
• Create engaging social media content
• Monitor and respond to engagement
• Review social media performance and analytics and find ways to improve our approach
• Provide social media performance reports showing engagement & growth

Character:

● Has a mature and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
● Professional and at ease in a retail environment.
● Proven ability to maintain confidentiality regarding ministry information.
● Committed to collaborative projects with a number of staff.
