Leadership Training

The Women’s Refuge believes that as believers in Christ, we are all called to be leaders. The Refuge is interested in developing persons and their relationship with Christ, rather than dictating plans. We are proud of each individual who graduates from our program and goes on to become leaders in their homes, churches, and communities.

Women who complete our nine month residential program have the opportunity to continue training through our 15 month internship program.

Additionally, the Refuge offers an Annual Leadership Conference to help those wishing to either start their own Refuge or enhance their leadership skills.
